The objective of this highly visible and complex change management project is to unlock commercial value through process and platform standardisation, trade spend & promotion optimisation and improved commercial decision making.


Job description

As Sales Support, you are part of the Sales Team and report to the Senior Key Account Manager NL and Sales Director in Brussels.

You support the sales team in their area of responsibility by re-enforcing processes and ways of working and ensuring the system is up to date and accurate. By doing so, you engage and support the business in solving problems with cross functional teams like demand, revenue growth management and finance.

You input complex data provided by markets into system both through manual creation and systemized input. You pay attention to detail regarding agreed rules and processes and aim to meet key business deadlines. You challenge the data when needed and escalate to local teams.

You write, perform and record testing using Nomad systems and support the project team in ensuring the testing covers all changes to the system. By doing so, you will become a system expert to provide assurance on system quality and accuracy.


Who are you?

  • You have a bachelor or master degree. Relevant study is a plus.

  • You have a big interest in the FMCG sector.

  • You like to pay attention to detail and have a passion for numbers.

  • You enjoy working collaboratively with peers and project teams.

  • You can travel to our Brussel Office for meetings. Distribution in consultation.

  • You are organised, with strong prioritisation skills and capable of delivering in tight timescales.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis capabilities is required.

  • Understanding of Trade Promo Management systems role is a plus.

  • You have a good knowledge of the English language. Other national languages are a plus.
