(24 hours a week - Utrecht)

 

To cover for maternity leave we are recruiting a HR Officer & Office Manager for a period of 4,5 months starting on the 17th of January 2018.



The challenge

As our HR Officer you are responsible of transactional and administrative responsibilities within the HR operations. You are the first-line point of contact for employees and support the local management team in all operational HR related aspects (car fleet, labour law, employee benefits, health policy, induction & reporting).
As Office Manager, you are responsible for the provision of outstanding customer service by ensuring the smooth running of logistical aspects of the Dutch office. You job includes the purchase office materials, facility management, meeting & event management and project management.

 

Requirements

  • Professional Bachelor HR

  • Office management and HR experience

  • Experience in managing, time, priorities and workload in fast changing environment

  • Ability to work creatively and analytically as well as maintain confidentiality

  • Basic labour law legislation knowledge

  • Ability to think ahead and be pro-active

  • Highly energized and passionate personality

  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills both in Dutch & English
