Planning & Logistics Lead: Jean-François Girolt
I’ve started my career at Iglo back in 2006 pretty much straight after my Engineering & Supply Chain studies in
France. Back then it was not only the adventure of discovering a new job but also of discovering a new country
as I left motherland for a new venture in the United Kingdom. The company offered me the possibility to
work in a Demand Planning role, in various Procurement roles as well as in Central Planning for the Group.
After 12 years based at the Head Office in the UK, Brexit brought the family to the Netherlands from
where I have remotely continued to perform my duties as a Central Planning manager focusing on improving
Customer Service for the Group, Production Performance & Managing Production Capacity of our factories.
In 2023 I have been given the opportunity to lead the Iglo Netherlands Supply Chain as well as being part of
the Dutch Leadership Team. With this move I’ve joined a passionate and dynamic team which lives and breathes
the Iglo brand. No wonder with such great and iconic products – I am myself a big fan of our Cream Spinach
and Roerbak Sensatie Meals!
