Job description

As our HR Officer, you are part of the HR/Office team and report to the HR Manager NL/Belgium (located in Netherlands) and the Cluster HR Manager FBN in France. You have a fantastic opportunity to contribute in creating an environment where our people can and want to be at their best. You are the first-line point of contact for our employees and support the local management in all operational HR related aspects (HR administration, car fleet, labour law, employee benefits, health policy & reporting).

You offer day-to-day support to the Dutch Business and play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of logistical aspects within the office. Your job includes Facility- and Office Management and organizing staff meetings and events.

 

Requirements

• At least bachelor education level (HR, Facility Management, Business Administration, Office Management etc.)

• At least 1 year of experience in managing first line HR tasks

• Basic labor law legislation knowledge

• Ability to think ahead, be pro-active and work creatively while maintaining integrity

• Result driven

• Able to work under time pressure and able to juggle multiple priorities, with good planning and organizing skills

• Highly energized and passionate personality who is able to build strong relationships and work with people in all levels of the organization

• Strong team player with excellent communication skills both in Dutch & English
